Sleep sessions are audio recordings that leads you through the process of deep relaxation and sleep. They blend relaxing meditation music, nature sounds, scientific relaxation techniques and a calming message that combines recovery principles with gentle spiritual encouragement. You listen to sleep sessions through an app on your smart phone.

What is the addiction sleep library?


The addiction sleep library, accessed on the SleepSmartz app, consists of 84 sleep sessions designed to help those who struggle with opioid, alcohol and meth addiction get the sleep they so desperately need while meditating on recovery principles drawn from the 12 Step program. The addiction sleep library is part of a larger sleep session library that address a variety of conditions and anxieties.

What is a free annual subscription to the sleep session library?

A free annual subscription to the sleep session library on the SleepSmartz app is provided to those who qualify after completing the Aid Application Form which is coming soon. This free subscription means you will have access to this library of sleep sessions so you won’t have to worry about a good night’s sleep again.

How do I know if my household is considered “low income”?

You are considered low income if you make under the federal poverty level guidelines. This means you qualify if:

If you are single and make under $15,060
If there are two persons in your home and your household income is under $20,440
If there are three persons in your home and your household income is under $25,820
If there are four persons in your home and your household income is under $31,200

For families/households with more than 4 persons, add $5,380 for each additional person.

How will you verify low income status?

There will be a number of ways to verify this such as:

  • A picture of the first page of your tax return
  • A picture of a government low income assistance card
  • A picture of a recent pay stub
  • Verification by a leader of a low income assistance program such as a treatment center or a homeless shelter

When will the free annual subscription aid application be available?

It is currently under development and while we do not have a specific date, it should be soon.

What types of substance abuse are included in the addiction library?
